1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Recite to Soar Academy online store (the "Store") and the purchase of physical products and courses offered by Recite to Soar Academy, a trading name of Hamd House Academy, Kaduna, Nigeria. By placing an order through the Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Who We Are

Recite to Soar Academy is operated by Hamd House Academy, an Islamic secondary school based in Kaduna, Nigeria. We publish the Hifdh Helpmate workbook series and offer the Recite to Soar Academy online Quran memorisation course.

3. Products and Services

Our Hostinger store sells the following to customers within Nigeria:

• Physical printed copies of the Hifdh Helpmate workbook series (all 30 parts, section bundles, and the complete series).

• Enrolment in the Recite to Soar Academy online Quran memorisation course (group and private one-to-one options).

Product descriptions, pricing, and course details are as published on the Store at the time of your order. We reserve the right to update or amend our product offerings without prior notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our Nigerian store are fulfilled via direct bank transfer only. We do not accept card payments, PayPal, or any other payment method for orders placed through this store.

To complete your order:

1. Transfer the correct amount to our Hamd House Academy bank account (Sterling Bank, Account No: 0500874333).

2. Send your proof of payment, full name, and delivery address to us via WhatsApp or email.

3. Your order will be confirmed and processed within 24 hours of payment verification, in shaa Allah.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received and verified by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Store are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are additional and will be displayed at the time of ordering or communicated to you upon confirmation of your order.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time your payment is received and verified.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical copies of the Hifdh Helpmate workbook across Nigeria. Delivery is handled by our appointed courier partners (currently GIG Logistics). Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery zone and will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch from our premises. We strongly recommend you inspect your delivery upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage.

7. Course Enrolment

Enrolment in the Recite to Soar Academy online course is subject to availability of places. We intentionally keep cohort sizes small to maintain teaching quality. Receipt of payment does not guarantee enrolment; you will be notified of your confirmed place separately.

Course access, schedules, and terms of participation are set out in a separate enrolment agreement provided upon confirmation of your place.

8. Intellectual Property

All content associated with the Hifdh Helpmate workbook series — including but not limited to the 19-step memorisation methodology, workbook layout, written content, Recall and Reflect cards, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Recite to Soar Academy / Hamd House Academy and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Physical copies are sold for personal use only. You may not reproduce, photocopy, scan, share digitally, resell, or distribute any portion of the workbook without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, Recite to Soar Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, delays in delivery, or errors in order processing.

Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaduna State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on the Store with the effective date. Continued use of the Store after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
