Our Policy

At Recite to Soar Academy, we take great care to ensure that every physical copy of the Hifdh Helpmate workbook is printed, inspected, and packed to a high standard before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All sales of physical copies of the Hifdh Helpmate workbook made through our Nigerian store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched, except in the circumstances set out below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, subject to the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect, sent to us via WhatsApp (+234 909 887 4620) or email (payments@recite2soar.com).

• The damage must not have been caused by the customer after delivery.

We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. Where a replacement is not possible, we will consider an alternative resolution at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and will cover any reasonable associated costs.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch notification, please contact us so that we can investigate with our courier partner. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Digital Content

We do not sell digital downloads through this store. Digital versions of the Hifdh Helpmate workbook are available exclusively through our international Gumroad store. No refund policy applies to digital purchases made through Gumroad — please refer to Gumroad's own terms.

Course Enrolment

Payments made towards enrolment in the Recite to Soar Academy online course are non-refundable once a confirmed place has been allocated to you and the course has commenced. If you are unable to proceed before the course begins, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you in a future cohort, at our discretion.
